Lisa and Nancy love living and playing in the greater Ann Arbor area. Nancy raised her family on the south side of Saline and when the kids left for college it seemed like such a big empty home, so she moved to a larger home on the north side of Saline, all of 4 miles away. Lisa and her family lived on the south side of Ann Arbor for a few years, then moved to the north side of town, 12 miles away. All this is to say, we know our towns! Not only is there much to offer in Saline and Ann Arbor, that's just the start. Obtaining my real estate license in 1980 during one of the most challenging real estate market environments was exciting and rewarding. After several successful years, I took a break from real estate and entered the corporate world. Before reactivating my real estate license, Lisa and I opened Regrets Only, a small gift and stationery shop, located in Kerrytown and then on Main Street in downtown Ann Arbor. Owning my little business provided a wonderful opportunity, not only to become a familiar face in Ann Arbor, but also to build relationships and give back to the community. These relationships have proven to be invaluable to my real estate success.
